If you agree to engage our services either as a listed tutor or as a customer seeking a tutor, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

For Tutors:

1. Take every assignment seriously. Parents are paying you with their hard-earned money.
2. Be punctual for all lessons.
3. Be honest in your application. You may be requested to verify your personal particulars or certificates via email, fax or face-to-face.
4. If you have been given an assignment, please turn up!
5. Tuition fees will be collected at the end of the month and not the start of the month.
6. There will be a 50% commission levied on the first month's payment. You can subsequently collect the full monthly tuition fees.
7. This commission will be paid by the customer after the second week of the tuition.
8. There is no trial lesson. You will be paid for every lesson taught.
9. The customer can choose to discontinue the tuition at any time.
10. If the customer chooses to discontinue the tuition before the first month, the 50% commission will be levied on the lessons that were conducted.
11. You can choose to discontinue the tuition at any time.
12. If you choose to discontinue the tuition before the first month, the 50% commission will be levied on all lessons that were conducted.

For Customers:

1. You have to pay 50% of the first month's tuition fees directly to the agency. This is the agency's commission. This payment must be made after the second week. You may pay via PayPal, cheque or bank transfer. The remaining 50% of the month's tuition fees will be paid to the tutor at the end of the month. In short, the commission fees are borne by the tutor, not you.
2. For subsequent months, you pay the full tuition fees to the tutor.
3. You can choose to discontinue the tuition at any time. We will find you a new tutor.
4. If you choose to discontinue the tuition before the first month, please call us immediately. The 50% commission will be levied only on the lessons that were conducted and you can just pay the remaining 50% of the tuition fees to the tutor. In the event that you discontinue the tuition after the second week (i.e. when the supposedly full-month commission has been paid) pay the tutor only the remaining amount (i.e. do not pay more than you should). We will make arrangements to repay the deficit amount to the tutor.
5. The tutor can discontinue the tuition at any time. We will find you a new tutor.
6. If the tutor discontinues the tuition before the first month, please call us immediately. The 50% commission will be levied only on the lessons that were conducted and you can just pay the remaining 50% of the tuition fees to the tutor. In the event that the tutor discontinues the tuition after the second week (i.e. when the supposedly full-month commission has been paid) pay the tutor only the remaining amount (i.e. do not pay more than you should). We will make arrangements to repay the deficit amount to the tutor.
7. Do check the particulars and certificates of the tutor during the first lesson. Do notify us immediately if there is a discrepency.
